Will you keep inventory of items?

To prevent unnecessary waste, we produce small batches of clothing starting with preorders. After, it is possible items that were not sold become in stock items.

How is the clothing manufactured?

Our clothes are ethically made in the U.S, either in-house or with a carefully vetted manufacturer. Our factory ensures the workers are in good health, safe and receive fair compensation for their labour.

When will my items be shipped?

Items in stock will be shipped within 4 business days. For preorder items, please check the item description. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We are now able to accept returns on items that are unused, and undamaged. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of original delivery date (as marked by your tracking information). You will need to pay for the shipping back to our office in Los Angeles, except in the instance of defective items, or if you receive the wrong item.

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. You must include your order number or packing slip so that we can identify your order. Please allow us up to 14 business days to process your return after receiving it. 

Preorder items are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged for store credit. Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for returns. 

To begin the return process, sign in to your account here, then select your order number under your Order History, and select "Request Return" to get started.

At this time we are not able to process exchanges. The best way to exchange an item is to return it and purchase a new item, as we cannot guaranty stock. So please kindly make sure to measure yourself before making a purchase.

Can I make a change on my order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us via email as soon as possible: hello@loveaprilmoon.com. We may be able to update the address before your order ships, but once it has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes.

Are plus size options available?

We are currently working on expanding our sizing. Some of our items do go up 1X

Where do you ship to?
