Why Pre-Order?

Pre-orders make it possible for everyone to get the correct item or size they want while having low waste. For apparel, no inventory is stocked creating a sustainable and slow fashion business model. When you pre-order, your patience is encouraging the demand for a more eco-friendly presence of the fashion industry. Thank you!

Where is the apparel made?

Dresses and aprons are handmade in-house located in Los Angeles, California. We take pride in our apparel, the whole design and fitting process is also in-house. Fabrics come from all over the world, however we try to support other small businesses when sourcing. Some fabrics maybe be deadstock, which means the fabric is no longer used by the original buyer due to excess fabric. For those interested in knowing which piece has a more eco-friendly impact, this detail will be noted on the listing.


Do you accept returns?

As a small business, Loveaprilmoon does not accept returns. Please contact via email or the contact form for any questions! 


I just placed an order but my shipping address has changed, can you change it?

That's not a problem, we can change your address if your order has not been sent out yet. You can email us your order number and new address, preferably from the email on the order!



Shipping & Handling 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. Orders are shipped from California, United States.


Just placed my order! When will it ship?

Orders take 1-7 business days to get sent out. During special events or large releases, processing time may take up to 10 business days. If you order a pre-order item, please refer to the listing for shipping date estimates. Orders will ship once all items in the order are ready to ship.



After orders are in the hands of the postal service, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen items, or any international customs fees or taxes.


EU & UK shipping update

We are now shipping to EU and UK! Due to the new VAT laws as of July 1st 2021, all EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT tax and service fees. Please note this may delay the delivery process of your order by 1-2 weeks. These fees are instated by the new laws and determined by your countries customs. 

Any import fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay or risk the package being unclaimed and sent back to us.
